At the beginning of 2024, a big event called the World Economic Forum Annual Meeting happened in Davos, Switzerland. Mr. Surendra attended the event from January 14th to 19th. His presence transcended mere spectatorship, as he assumed the role of an esteemed panellist and speaker at the CIRCLE Alliance Roundtable in Davos, launched by Unilever, USAID, and EY as a promising impact-led new collaboration to reduce plastics use, improve livelihoods, empower women, and protect the environment. At the roundtable, Mr. Surendra shed light on the pressing issue of plastic waste, emphasising its severity and the challenges surrounding its collection. His insights resonated deeply with the forum's overarching theme of sustainable development and inclusive progress.
